• Usage exclusif : Les extraits audio, vidéos, scripts lus,      noms et coordonnées transmis dans le cadre du casting (via formulaires      Web, automatisations ManyChat, TikTok ou YouTube) sont collectés uniquement     aux fins d'évaluation artistique et de recrutement par l'équipe de      production de Cadoco Corp.
• Absence d'engagement contractuel : L'envoi d'une audition constitue une      démarche d'évaluation artistique et ne garantit aucun engagement      contractuel, rôle payé ou embauche de la part de Cadoco Corp.

1.3. Clause stricte anti-clonage et non-revente IA

Garantie relative aux voix et à l'image :

Cadoco Corp certifie formellement que l'ensemble des contenus vocaux et visuels soumis par les candidats :

1. Ne sera en aucun cas vendu, cédé,      loué ou transféré à des tiers ou à des courtiers de données.
2. Ne sera jamais utilisé pour      entraîner, alimenter, affiner ou optimiser des modèles d'Intelligence      Artificielle (IA générative, synthétiseurs vocaux, algorithmes de clonage      vocal ou de deepfake).
3. Ne fera l'objet d'aucune exploitation      commerciale dérivée en dehors du processus de sélection strict lié aux      adaptations des Papillons de l'Enfer.

1.4. Conservation des données et droits des candidats

Conformément aux réglementations sur la protection de la vie privée (notamment la Loi 25 au Québec et le RGPD en Europe) :

• Les données vocales et médias sont      stockées dans des environnements sécurisés.
• Tout candidat peut à tout moment demander      le retrait, la modification ou la suppression définitive de ses fichiers      média en contactant l'équipe à l'adresse officielle inscrite sur cadoco.com.

• No Contractual Commitment: Submitting an audition      constitutes an artistic evaluation process and does not guarantee any      contractual agreement, paid role, or employment with Cadoco Corp.

1.3. Strict Anti-Cloning & AI Non-Resale Clause

Voice & Image Guarantee:

Cadoco Corp formally certifies that all voice and visual content submitted by candidates:

1. Will under no circumstances be sold, licensed, rented, or transferred to third parties or data      brokers.
2. Will never be used to  train, feed, fine-tune, or optimize Artificial Intelligence models      (generative AI, voice synthesizers, voice cloning algorithms, or deepfake technologies).
3. Will not be subject to any  derivative commercial exploitation outside the strict selection process related to the adaptations of Les Papillons de l'Enfer.

1.4. Data Retention and Candidate Rights

In accordance with applicable privacy regulations (including Quebec’s Law 25 and the GDPR in Europe):

• Voice data and media files are stored in secure environments.
• Candidates may at any time  request the removal, modification, or permanent deletion of their media files by contacting our team at the official email address listed on cadoco.com.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT NOTICE

• Rights Reserved: All texts, concepts, storylines, characters (including Apollon Butterfly), logos, visuals, and multimedia elements featured on this website and within the literary saga Les Papillons de l'Enfer (Volumes I and II) are the exclusive property of Richard Cadô and Cadoco Corp. All rights reserved for all countries.
• Prohibition of Plagiarism: Any unauthorized reproduction,  adaptation, translation, distribution, or commercial exploitation—in whole  or in part—of the content or universe of the saga is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.

• Human Literary Creation: The saga Les Papillons de  l'Enfer is an original work created and written by author Richard  Cadô. The core narrative, vision, dramatic universe, and storytelling stem  entirely from human artistic creation.
• AI Used as an Assistance Tool: Cadoco Corp uses automation  technologies (e.g., ManyChat workflows) and algorithmic or AI assistance      strictly as operational, logistical, translation, or marketing tools, in full compliance with copyright laws and creative ethics.
